FAQ'S

Billing

Billing occurs on the 1st of every month. We will notify you when billing has occurred and also update you on failed payments and expired credit cards.

Shipping

You will receive your box within that month. The date when you do receive the box may vary due to postage and when the warehouse can complete your order.

Subscription Cancellations

If for any reason you are unhappy and wish to cancel your subscription, just email letstalk@goexploremakeup.com and we will cancel that for you. No questions asked.

Product 

Each month you will receive 3-4 full sized makeup products. These products vary from primers, blush, highlighters, eyeshadows, pigment glitters, brushes, lashes and so much more. 

Brands

The brands featured in the box are super affordable and provide high quality product. Exploring the underground world of makeup and searching for that allusive holy grail product is what the Go Explore Makeup Box is all about ! 

Returns

At this point in time we are not accepting returns
